Pomalidomide Pomagen-1 mg in combination with dexamethasone is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with recurrent and refractory multiple myeloma who received at least two previous courses of treatment, including both lenalidomide and bortezomib, and who had progression of the disease on the background of the last treatment.
